Overview

In Short

• Provide world class customer service via phone, email, and chat communications with clients

• Guide clients in BambooHR performance management and onboarding

• Keep up to date on new features and products
• Work from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Open to in-office training during the training period
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
• 1-2 years of prior relevant customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for customer care and high client satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to break down complex problems clearly
• Articulate and concise in written and oral communication
• Strong resiliency in difficult situations
