Overview

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for serving as the liaison between Solinity Marketing and its clients. To communicate the results and needs of the team to the client and to communicate the news and needs of the client to the team. It takes a strong understanding of the bigger picture of client and marketing goals and the ability to implement them through project management.

In Short

  • Communicating effectively between the client and internal teams
  • Managing client project timelines
  • Oversee internal teams to ensure deliverables and projects are on schedule
  • Reviewing and distributing all deliverables to the client
  • Responding promptly to client needs
  • Reviewing and delivering marketing analysis and reports
  • Assisting other team members when needed in various responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related experience, education or training in the field of marketing and/or client relations
  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in senior living preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing agency preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Moderate understanding of marketing principles
  • Self-manage and motivate in a remote work environment
  • Travel for client trips and visits if needed
  • Availability from 8-5pm EST for possible client communication
  • Manage projects, tasks, and deadlines for yourself and others without supervision
