Overview

Tebra’s Account Executive (AE), Practice Solutions, will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth through a consultative sales approach.

In Short

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients.
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to qualify leads and close new business.
  • Manage and prioritize an active pipeline of prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Share insights and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
  • Proven success in outbound sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
