Join Our Team! Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee our compliance operations related to Export, Import, Hazmat, and Cash Compliance.

In Short

• Oversee daily regulatory compliance issues.
• Create and conduct training sessions for compliance awareness.
• Perform regular audits of compliance operations.
• Respond to inquiries from internal business units and governmental agencies.
• Manage compliance data across multiple ERP systems.
• Lead initiatives for monitoring and reporting compliance gaps.
• Manage a team of 5-6 employees, including remote staff.
• Conduct periodic on-site reviews of distribution center activities.
• Ensure compliance with departmental SLAs.
• Occasional travel required.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience managing/supervising employees.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; some college required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills at all management levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Negotiation skills for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to build effective working relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality.
