In Short

  • Conduct targeted research to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels.
  • Own all phases of the sales cycle including presentations and proposals.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product suite.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Foster ongoing client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed on crypto industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance client experience.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and digital asset ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English; German or French is a strong advantage.
