In Short

• Lead a team of highly skilled engineers in building a digital platform for trading and protecting digital assets.
• Act as a technical leader and enabler for the development team.
• Ensure product requirements are understood and delivered on time.
• Perform technical analysis and design of requirements.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and robust code.
• Take full ownership of the product from design to support.
• Proven experience in managing a development team.
• Solid experience in software development and architecture.
• Experience with modern software development practices.
• Work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Golang, Java, and Rust.
• Experience with cloud native ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, and security.
• Experience with containerized runtimes like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of blockchain and DeFi ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Intellectually curious and passionate about technology.
• Experience in trading and digital assets is a plus.
