Platform Engineering Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Platform Engineering Lead at SafeFleet, you will hold a high-impact role within the company, leading and architecting the platform infrastructure to support our extensive cloud product offerings.

In Short

• Lead and architect platform infrastructure for cloud products.
• Manage diverse cloud engineering projects across Operations, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security.
• Ensure deployed software and environments are optimized for peak performance.
• Drive the DevSecOps culture across all phases of development.
• Plan and execute projects with appropriate technical specifications.
• Engage with Software Engineering and Product teams to understand priorities.
• Continuously improve product deployment automation and monitoring.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
