Overview

The Director of Strategic Partner Accounts will work with CDW to enhance technical, sales, and services capabilities to achieve sales targets while developing and executing business plans.

In Short

  • Develop and execute Global Partner Business Plans for CDW.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CDW teams.
  • Develop executive-level relationships to increase investment in Tanium.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for the integration of Tanium.
  • Work with regional partner sales to align with field teams.
  • Educate Tanium sales teams on partner value propositions.
  • Coordinate training meetings/workshops for CDW.
  • Execute marketing programs to drive demand for Tanium products.
  • Design incentive programs to promote Tanium products.
  • Demonstrate value by aligning Tanium's offerings with partner strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in partner sales in IT Operations/IT Security.
  • Experience with multi-billion-dollar partners.
  • Experience creating national/global partnerships.
  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying sales rep preferred.
  • Proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to gain trust of CDW executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and independence.
  • Desire to manage partner lifecycle and growth.
  • Proven success in sales processes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow/Microsoft practices is a plus.
