In Short

  • Join Tailscale as a Sales Enablement Manager in the Revenue Operations team.
  • Support high-velocity, product-led sales by enabling revenue teams.
  • Develop onboarding programs for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.

  • Work in a remote-first culture.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in sales enablement or technical sales.
  • Experience enabling GTM teams selling to IT or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of developer tools and networking.
  • Ability to design and scale enablement programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for complex technical concepts.
  • Self-starter comfortable in ambiguous environments.
