The SOX Compliance Manager will lead and manage compliance efforts, ensuring a strong control environment and working closely with various teams to maintain effective financial processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SOX compliance or internal controls.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and risk management.
• Ability to document and enhance financial controls.
• Experience working with Internal and External Audit.
• Knowledge of FCA compliance preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to compliance and risk management.
