Overview

The Learning Technology & Content Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and delivering learning through digital platforms at Sysco GB, focusing on high-quality content creation and curation.

In Short

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for Sysco GB.
  • Curate and maintain learning libraries and content.
  • Support the Talent Development Team in tracking learning.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
  • Administer the learning budget and track spending.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Monitor and report on digital content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems like Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong background in digital learning tools and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of budgeting processes and financial tracking.
  • Experience with learning analytics.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion in learning.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations.
