In Short

• Manage Google’s NDA workstream, overseeing approximately 25–30 open agreements at any given time.
• Participate in weekly round-robin rotations across five key legal support queues.
• Collaborate closely with internal legal and business teams, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and accuracy.
• Navigate workload fluctuations, especially during quarterly sales cycles.
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or similar legal support roles, preferably in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of legal contract workflows, particularly NDAs and related legal documentation.
• Excellent communication skills - must be articulate, organized, and able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while staying connected with a collaborative team.
• Experience supporting a legal team at a major technology company is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
