Remote Learning Technology Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned project manager to join our team in a highly dynamic role! In this role, you will support the creation of educational video, eLearning and instructor-led content for major automotive manufacturers. The ideal candidate has significant experience planning and executing projects in a timely fashion, within scope and budget, while communicating with management, team members, and the client to meet expectations. Agency and/or automotive experience is a significant plus!

In Short

• Develop and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate understanding of business objectives related to each project.
• Bring solutions to clients and company leadership.
• Oversee project expenditures, forecasting, and client invoicing.
• Establish rapport with assigned project team(s) and key stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings and lead client discussions.
• Manage all client communications, including weekly status updates.
• Assume responsibility for content development and supervision of instructional designers.
• Maintain routine communications with senior management and clients.
• Attend onsite meetings at client location as required.

Requirements

• Significant experience in project management.
• Experience in eLearning and instructional design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in budget management.
• Capability to develop and communicate detailed project plans.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
