Overview

The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing new business in the industrial fluid power sector, managing full cycle sales activities, and collaborating with customer service and technical support teams.

In Short

  • Create a sales plan to develop a prospect list for new business
  • Conduct full cycle sales activities including lead qualification and sales closure
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage time and territory
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or 2-year technical degree preferred
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience in Fluid Power
  • Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products preferred
  • Clear communication skills required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR a 2-year technical degree
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience within Fluid Power
  • Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products preferred
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
