In Short

  • Responsible for sales and management of hospital and private accounts.
  • Develop and implement action plans to promote Stratpharma’s products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within a defined territory.
  • Provide high-level customer service and training.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities to develop accounts.
  • Maintain coverage and frequency targets on all customers.
  • Develop knowledge of Stratpharma products and competitor products.
  • Collaborate with the Stratpharma team and marketing management.
  • Ensure timely submission of administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, particularly in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
