In Short

• Responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area.
• Work with the Country Manager in managing & developing the sales team throughout Spain.
• Promote breakthrough wound care, gynecology, radiotherapy, and dermatology products.
• Achieve and exceed individual territory business and revenue goals.
• Provide education and training to account staff.
• Prepare and present business proposals including account metrics.
• Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory.
• Manage territory budget and develop account plans for strategic customers.
• Assist in managing Medical Representatives.
• Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market in Spain.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in training and mentoring others.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
