The Director of Engineering at StraighterLine is responsible for leading the development of software solutions for training and certification, managing teams, and ensuring the use of modern technologies to drive productivity and growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS and full-stack JavaScript.
• Proven track record managing outsourced development teams.
• Experience with education technologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
