Staff Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Staff Software Engineer to join our Customer Experience Engineering team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision and lead the team through complex product and technical roadmaps.
• Improve processes, systems, and tools to deliver quality products.
• Deliver high quality, scalable software services.
• Work with large databases or data stores.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or GCP.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience developing and supporting software in a production environment.
• 5+ years experience programming in an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.
• 5+ years experience developing high throughput, scalable backend services.
• 4+ years of working with large databases or data stores.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or GCP.
