Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in lead qualification or sales development in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proficient in cold outreach using email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead scoring methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Ability to analyze lead engagement data.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and email automation tools.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking metrics.
• Familiarity with research tools like Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, or Lusha.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
