Overview

The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will lead Sprinklr’s global compliance program, ensuring the company meets all legal and regulatory obligations while fostering innovation and mitigating risk.

Requirements

• JD degree and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of legal experience in a technology environment.
• Experience in building and managing global legal teams.

• Experience advising on product development and regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and AI regulations.
• Proven track record in operational improvements and compliance programs.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations.
