Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in senior compliance roles within medical device or biotech.
• Deep knowledge of medical device regulatory environments.
• Experience managing compliance in a multinational environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Master’s in Law, MBA, or equivalent advanced legal degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CCEP, CIPP, or CHC are a plus.
• Experience supporting a company through IPO or major corporate events.
• Proven leadership and track record of building high-performing teams.
