In Short

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct regular compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Prepare and submit timely regulatory reports and filings.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance incidents.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of Compliance experience.
• Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SEC, ESPA, TILA, HMDA, FCRA regulations.
• Experience working with NMLS.
• Deep knowledge of Federal and state laws and regulations.
• In-depth understanding of BSA, OFAC, KYC, EDD.
• Experience in working with outside legal counsel.
• Must love dogs.
