In Short

• Assist clients with the mortgage loan process from pre-qualification to closing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the Qualified Individual (QI).
• Deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Manage the loan process from start to finish.
• Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage the loan process while maintaining compliance.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
