Overview

Inspire Home Loans is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to support our homebuilder in Texas, responsible for customer financing objectives and ensuring exceptional service.

In Short

• Collect and analyze customer financial information.
• Advise borrowers on loan risks and benefits.
• Discuss loan products tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure all documentation for loan approval is gathered.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved.
• Lock loan rates.
• Manage personal production and closings.
• Meet company standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of loan types (Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, VA).
• Prior builder experience preferred.
• Proficient with loan origination systems, Encompass preferred.
• Proficient with AUS (LP, DU, GUS).
• Strong professional business relationships.
• First-time home-buyer experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload independently.
• Must be available for inter-state travel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Benefits

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in loan origination, builder preferred.
• Must be an actively licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in MI.
• Willingness to obtain other state licenses as necessary.
