Overview

Inspire Home Loans is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to support our homebuilder in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on customer financing objectives, advising on product policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Collect and analyze customer financial information for loan qualification.
• Advise borrowers on loan risks and benefits.
• Discuss available loan products based on customer needs.
• Ensure all documentation for loan approval is gathered.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan process.
• Lock loan rates and manage personal production.
• Meet company standards for loan closings.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be licensed in NV and CA.

Requirements

• Knowledge of loan types: Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, VA.
• Builder experience preferred.
• Proficient with loan origination systems, Encompass preferred.
• Experience with AUS (LP, DU, GUS).
• Strong business relationship skills.
• Experience with first-time home-buyers is a plus.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
