Loan Officer - Remote

Overview

The Loan Officer will play a key role in helping prospective borrowers understand loan programs and guiding them through the closing process, all while providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Work with prospective borrowers to explain loan programs.
• Answer questions and ensure a good mutual fit.
• Utilize proprietary HQ software for loan processing.
• Interact with clients via phone, text, and email.
• Drive sales with a consultative approach.
• Meet monthly sales goals of $5mm+ in origination volume.
• Be available after 5pm to accommodate clients.
• Occasional travel required, with quarterly office visits.
• Work independently with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years as a loan originator or officer in real estate.
• Highly motivated individual.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A book of business is preferred.
