As a Loan Advisor: Relationship Manager, you will help improve local communities by providing fast, convenient, and flexible capital to real estate investors while ensuring high-touch customer service.

In Short

  • Retain and expand relationships with real estate investors.
  • Assist clients in applying and getting approved for loan products.
  • Consult on best practices for real estate investing and construction.
  • Work closely with the Loan Production team to enhance operational structure.
  • Meet monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Drive growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as a trusted partner for borrowers throughout the loan process.
  • Evaluate borrowers and their deals for alignment with loan products.
  • Communicate policies and expectations clearly to borrowers.
  • Significant upward mobility for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in real estate lending or adjacent fields.
  • Ability to achieve sales expectations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills via phone or video.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional adaptability to a dynamic organization.
  • Problem-solving skills to propose borrower-centric solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of real estate markets and investing.
