Community Association Manager - Remote

Overview

The Community Association Manager supports the Legal Team, Land Teams, and Sales & Marketing, overseeing HOA management and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Oversee establishment and compliance of Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
• Communicate with management companies for existing HOAs.
• Manage creation of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR), Bylaws, and Design Guidelines.
• Contract and supervise management companies.
• Review and organize HOA financial documents.
• Ensure HOA Abstract Tracker is current and accurate.
• Draft and process check and wire requests.
• Attend HOA meetings and events as required.
• Facilitate HOA turnovers and perform due diligence.
• Work with outside attorneys for recording HOA governing documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Development project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
