Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services compliance, 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of OSFI’s RCM Framework and Canadian regulations.
• Experience in regulated fintech or neobanking.
• Proven success in leading compliance programs.
• Strong communication skills with regulators and executives.
• Strategic mindset with practical execution skills.
