Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving adoption, value realization, and long-term success for Sprinklr's strategic customers in the Marketing, Social, and Advertising product suite.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor for Sprinklr’s Core suite.
  • Lead the technical relationship with customers.
  • Ensure onboarding and value expansion across multiple teams.
  • Conduct audits and provide recommendations for platform use.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
  • Deliver enablement tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Identify blockers to adoption and create corrective action paths.
  • Serve as a feedback loop to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Support growth and commercial opportunities with Sales teams.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6+ years in MarTech, AdTech, or digital media consulting.
  • Deep experience in campaign setup and media planning.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy.
  • Ability to optimize workspace in complex environments.
  • Executive-level presentation and management skills.
  • Data fluency to interpret product usage and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
