Requirements

  • Experience in Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Management.
  • Ability to manage complex large clients autonomously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience mentoring new team members.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems.
  • Experience in remote work is a plus.
