Overview

The Director of Member Growth, Lifecycle Marketing is a critical leadership role that will drive how we acquire, engage, and retain members through strategic, data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives.

  • Channel expertise across email, SMS, push, and direct mail.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing.
  • Excellent process and QA management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading and growing a team.
  • Passion for mental health and healthcare innovation.
