In Short

• Conduct telephonic screenings and refer members to appropriate eating disorder treatment
• Apply active listening and motivational interviewing to support member goals
• Coordinate care plans within the Spring Health network
• Provide crisis management and safety planning as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to program development and process improvements

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• 2+ years of experience working with eating disorders
• Proficiency with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for ED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
