In Short

• Looking for an independently licensed mental health professional to join the Care Navigation team.
• Provide initial assessment, support, referral, and ongoing care coordination for members.
• Work primarily with members experiencing PTSD and complex trauma.
• Full-time position, fully remote, Monday-Friday, 9-5pm EST.
• Utilize active listening and motivational interviewing skills.
• Document information and maintain accurate records.
• Provide consultation regarding mental health concerns.
• Interact with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience.
• Experience with motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment.
• Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment model.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Acknowledge and embrace diversity and inclusion.
• Motivated to provide a high-touch experience for members.
• Tech-savvy and able to multi-task.
• Bonus qualifications include trauma-specific licensure or certifications.
• Bilingual is a plus.
