The Strategic Alliances Partnership Representative (SAPR) at Spring Health is responsible for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with Strategic Alliances and Account Executives, contributing to the mission of revolutionizing mental healthcare.

In Short

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for the Strategic Alliances team.
  • Prospect into top consulting offices through various sales channels.
  • Generate and execute sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate lead distribution to the Strategic Alliance representative.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the benefit space.
  • Desire to be a creative prospector using traditional and new technologies.
  • Highly coachable and invested in professional growth.
  • Data-driven in measuring outreach impact.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work from the NYC office 3x a week.
