Overview

The Strategic Relationship Representative will be responsible for managing all maintenance contracts and subscription renewals for assigned accounts, driving upsell and additional business with existing customers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely contract renewals.

In Short

  • Manage maintenance contracts and subscription renewals for assigned accounts.
  • Drive upsell and additional business with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, inside sales, channel partners, and end-users.
  • Create quotes for renewals and upsells.
  • Submit accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Follow up on order processing and verify existing customer data.
  • Promote process and system improvements.
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps, industry changes, and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (renewal sales, inside sales, or channel sales).
  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to build productive relationships quickly.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience managing multiple deals and responding quickly to updates.
