Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Account Manager, Upsell and Expansion to join our Customer Success team, focused on expanding Spring Health’s footprint within our largest enterprise customers.

In Short

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
• Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand customer goals and deliver targeted recommendations.
• Own and iterate full cycle sales pitches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an account management or sales role.
• Success in consultative selling with large customers.
• Strong understanding of HR and CFO dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial focus and determination to succeed.
• Experience closing 6-figure deals.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the year.
