In Short

  • Oversee clients in the large market (5000+ lives) book of business.
  • Focus on relationship management and understanding client needs.
  • Primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers.
  • Ensure overall success and retention of clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive mission forward.
  • Manage day-to-day broker and client relationships.
  • Track client success KPIs and mitigate risks.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Execute best practice standards to improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop client reports and meeting materials as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing B2B book of business.
  • Experience supporting clients to increase engagement with a SaaS solution.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with ownership of key initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships in the healthcare space.
  • A passion for improving the healthcare system.
  • Ability to articulate a vision or strategy clearly.
  • Experience in the healthcare and benefits industry.
  • Demonstrated results in delivering impactful outcomes.
