Overview

As a Major Territory Manager at Sonar, you will leverage your problem-solving abilities and customer focus to advocate for code quality management, driving sales success within our strategic customer base.

In Short

  • Generate new leads and opportunities within an assigned account set.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Onboard customers throughout their journey with SonarSource products.
  • Develop relationships with champions in existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and close upgrades to existing implementations.
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and video conference.
  • Support marketing efforts with account-based campaigns.
  • Capture and report account information within Salesforce.com.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for opportunity pipeline forecasting.
  • Engage in building and sharing sales team best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Focus on building and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
  • Expertise in account planning and prospecting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level sales negotiations.
  • Ability to drive the sales process effectively.
  • Proficiency in communicating with executive-level contacts.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency.
  • Customer-centric focus.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
