Territory Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Territory Manager, you will play an integral part in growing Penumbra's Neuro & Peripheral Vascular Solutions in Victoria and Tasmania by increasing sales and customer satisfaction within Australia and APAC as a whole.

In Short

• Develop relationships with existing hospitals, labs, and customers.
• Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Secure and renew existing orders by coordinating product availability.
• Maintain open communication with customers on programs and pricing trends.
• Increase account penetration with orders for new and existing products.
• Develop relationships with physicians and lab staff.
• Commit to travel as necessary for position and product line support.
• Keep current on Penumbra's new products and provide feedback.
• Attend industry trade shows and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales expenses and customer files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in medical device sales.
• Experience managing distributors.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and all organization levels.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
