Vascular Clinical Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Specialist provides support to one or more regional sales teams in the areas of market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service and follow-up.

• Work with Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement a regional plan.
• Establish communication systems with sales teams to ensure plan execution.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate sales.
• Educate customers on the use of Company products through presentations.
• Assist in professional education activities and training new employees.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with creative solutions.
• Maintain communication with customers about products and promotions.
• Adhere to quality management systems and regulations.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in a hospital or medical device company.
• Sales or marketing background desired.
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and handle various projects simultaneously.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
