Marketing Material & Literature Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Material & Literature Coordinator at Penumbra, you'll contribute to the operational backbone ensuring compliant and timely delivery of marketing materials across EMEA. This role is integral in a dynamic MedTech environment focused on continuous product development and clinical excellence.

In Short

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing literature approval process across all EMEA submissions.
• Own ECO approval workflows ensuring compliant, high-quality, and timely execution.
• Monitor workflow execution across stakeholders and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate marketing materials ordering and management processes with 3PL partners.
• Maintain and support key systems (SAP, Veeva) including user support and documentation.
• Ensure process consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional operations including vendor coordination and product launches.
• Act as backup for Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator.

Requirements

• ~ 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles.
• Strong experience in compliance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented working style.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with systems like SAP or Veeva is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Occasional travel (~10%) and ability to handle light physical tasks.
