• Act as a central support engine for the marketing team.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns and leverage AI tools.
• Manage social media posts using Sprout Social.
• Create and maintain UTM parameters for campaigns.
• Assist with paid media and advertising campaigns.
• Manage tasks through Jira and maintain project communication.
• Pull performance reports from various platforms.
• Structure creative briefs for AI content production.
• Coordinate event logistics and post-event recaps.
• Work remotely or from the Cincinnati office.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Understanding of digital marketing pillars.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Project management mindset with attention to detail.
