Overview

The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in training and supporting users to ensure our products are applied safely, effectively, and with optimal patient outcomes, while traveling extensively within North America.

In Short

  • Remote-based position located in the Denver, CO area.
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of a major airport hub.
  • Travel up to 70% of the time for site support and training.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for approximately 15 days per month.
  • Conduct training sessions for organ retrieval and transplant teams.
  • Collaborate with transplant teams to document data on organ performance.
  • Maintain vendor credentialing and comply with quality policies.
  • Prepare case study reviews and participate in virtual meetings.
  • Build relationships with end users and represent OrganOx at conferences.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours is required.

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical support or medical device training.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of transplantation processes is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Experience in data collection and documentation.
  • Willingness to complete background checks and drug screenings.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Certification in relevant medical fields may be beneficial.
