Field Service Engineer - United States - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the on-site service and repair of complex electro-mechanical medical devices designed for organ preservation within the United States.

In Short

• On-site service and repair of OrganOx metra devices.
• Travel to hospitals and research facilities within the United States.
• Conduct routine maintenance and customer liaison.
• Troubleshoot and rework devices on-site or back-to-base.
• Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage spare parts and consumables stock.
• Assist with major repairs in the OrganOx workshop.
• Ensure compliance with vendor credentialing requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and device history records.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Experience with medical devices or electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Reside within 45 minutes of a major airport hub.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
