In Short

  • Drive Roofr’s partner enablement program for supplier alliances across North America.
  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps for new opportunities.
  • Be the main point of contact for partners regarding Roofr products.
  • Provide effective product training and onboarding support for new partners.
  • Plan, forecast, and meet departmental objectives and quotas.
  • Organize and host community events and meetings.
  • Provide product updates through trainings and presentations.
  • Travel to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks/month).
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, success, revops, and support leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in channel partnerships is a plus.
  • Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with roofing supply companies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and navigate organizations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
