Overview

As a Regional Account Manager at Soligent, you will be part of a vital team transforming how people use energy, generating new business and growing existing accounts in the solar industry.

In Short

  • Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and operations staff.
  • Communicate information regarding products and services to clients.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of solar industry products.
  • Gather information on local competition and industry trends.
  • Ensure client paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Participate in business/trade events and team strategic sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Versatility and flexibility in changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel by plane or car (Up to 50%).
