Overview

The Director of Product, Commercial Strategy will drive the commercial success of Solera’s product portfolio, serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution.

In Short

• Lead market and client discovery to identify opportunities.
• Build and own business cases including financial modeling.
• Create and champion GTM narratives.
• Develop core sales tools for the Sales team.
• Partner with Product to validate market demand.
• Define and execute pricing and packaging strategies.
• Serve as the commercial lead for product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in product management with direct commercial ownership.
• Experience in healthcare, ideally with payers or large employers.
• Demonstrated success managing B2B products.
• Proven ability to build and defend business cases.
• Comfortable developing sales assets directly.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to connect market insights with strategy.
