Reporting Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Solera is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Data Analyst to support the development of dashboards, reporting workflows, and high-impact business insights across the organization.

In Short

• Write clean, efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and recurring reports.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and data mismatches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather reporting requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Complete assigned reporting and analytics tasks through DevOps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting consistency and metric reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in data analytics or reporting.
• Strong SQL experience, including JOINS, CTEs, and aggregate functions.
• Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot data mismatches.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Looker.
• Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables.
