Data & Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the business in decision making and operations efforts by providing data, reporting, and business intelligence services.

In Short

• Develop reporting solutions following internal standards.
• Maintain and improve existing reports.
• Facilitate team request intake sessions.
• Recommend quality and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• 1 year of SQL experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using analytical tools.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with data consolidation and modeling.
• Experience with healthcare and benefits data preferred.
• Familiarity with Python and Alteryx is a plus.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform for querying/reporting.
